Haveltea is independently produced in Surabaya. Our tea raw materials are sourced from Sumatra and Java.
Yes. Haveltea uses 100% Indonesian tea as its main ingredient and is crafted with premium quality standards.
Our factory is located in Surabaya, Indonesia.
For black tea, the main raw materials are sourced from Jambi, West Sumatra, and West Java. For white tea, the origin is West Java.
Some fruit tea variants use food-grade fruit essence that is safe for consumption. The natural sweetness comes from dried fruits included in the tea blend. Additionally, we use stevia at a level of 0.1% as a sweetener.
All Haveltea variants are considered best sellers, as preferences vary among customers. However, for first-time customers, we recommend trying Chrysantmint and Berrybiscous.
Haveltea products do not use artificial coloring. The color comes naturally from ingredients such as sappan wood (secang), hibiscus, and butterfly pea flower, which naturally release color during brewing.
Some fruit tea variants use food-grade fruit essence and contain stevia at 0.1% to provide a mild sweetness.
We recommend Asana Bleu, as it is a caffeine-free herbal tea (tisane).
For elderly consumers, we recommend caffeine-free options such as Asana Bleu for its warming properties, or Ararrya Jasmine, which has a familiar and mild taste.
Haveltea teas are generally safe for consumption. However, we recommend consulting a doctor before consumption during pregnancy for personal assurance.
All Haveltea variants are safe for all ages. If there are specific allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.
We do not have a tea specifically formulated for pregnant or breastfeeding women. However, White Angkasa may be considered due to its high antioxidant content.
We recommend Green Tea for detox purposes.
We recommend teas with higher caffeine and bold flavors, such as Classic Earl Grey, Royal Breakfast, Banda Neira, Spices Chai, Lady Grey, and English Breakfast.
Other caffeine-free options include Verte Spearmint and SLEEP.

Yes, custom orders are available. Please inform us of the tea variant and quantity you require. Custom orders may require a minimum purchase quantity.
Currently, ready-to-drink tea is not available. However, tea testers are available at our offline store.

Yes, adding sugar may alter the tea’s functional benefits, especially for relaxation-focused blends such as Pure Chamomile and SLEEP. Sweeteners are better suited for fruit or naturally sweet teas.
We recommend drinking SLEEP tea approximately 1 hour before bedtime.
Steep the tea in room-temperature water for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 6–8 hours. Cold brew tea produces a smoother yet bolder flavor due to longer steeping time.
Yes, tea can be safely stored in tins as long as it is kept in a dry, cool place (maximum storage temperature: 29°C). Haveltea tins are designed to be airtight and light-resistant to maintain quality. We recommend keeping the tea in its inner foil packaging for best results.
The expiry date listed on the tin remains valid. However, once opened, we recommend consuming the tea as soon as possible for optimal freshness.
We do not recommend reheating brewed tea. For longer-lasting tea, we suggest using the cold brew method.
Yes, Haveltea teabags are safe and made from biodegradable corn fiber. They are durable, heat-resistant, and do not easily break down even when steeped in hot water.
Corn fiber naturally contains yellow pigment (xanthophyll). During the teabag production process, this pigment naturally breaks down, resulting in a lighter color. No bleaching agents are used.
Yes. Our corn fiber teabags are strong, do not tear during brewing, and remain biodegradable, making them environmentally friendly.
